Our Favorites from Last Week
In this candid 4-minute video, President Dallin H. Oaks shares why he chose to dedicate the Burley Idaho Temple, why new temples will no longer be announced in General Conference, and what he learns from the life experiences of his wife, Sister Kristen M. Oaks.
As an elders quorum instructor, I'm always looking for visual resources that I can utilize in my lessons. Fortunately, this week Elders Andersen (Instagram), Rasband (Instagram, YouTube), and Stevenson (Instagram, YouTube) all shared highlight videos from their October 2025 General Conference addresses.
President D. Todd Christofferson, along with President Emily Belle Freeman and President Timothy L. Farnes, led a worldwide youth devotional entitled "'Walk with Me': Worldwide Discussion for Youth." President Christofferson shared so much wisdom. One of my favorite statements from him, in response to the question "what does it really mean to follow the covenant path?," was: "It's really trying to be like Jesus. He is the way. He is the path. He shows us the way."
