Welcome to General Conference+!
GC+ is a highlight reel of messages from the First Presidency and Quorum of the Twelve Apostles they shared anywhere outside of Conference last week. We look at social media, magazines, devotionals, temple dedications, YouTube, press releases, and more to find the latest inspiring and important teachings you won't want to miss.
The Church cross-posts the same content on multiple platforms. We’ll link to only one instance of each resource, usually via Instagram or YouTube, but you can easily find the same thing on Facebook or X, if you prefer.
Find a resource that inspires you and share it with someone. Here we go!

President Dieter F. Uchtdorf (Instagram), perhaps reflecting on his new call as the Acting President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostle, taught: "Sometimes the Lord asks us to step into responsibilities that feel bigger than we are. In those moments, I treasure the counsel, 'Trust in the Lord' (Proverbs 3:5–6) and the Savior's promise, 'Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you' (John 15:16)."
Elder David A. Bednar (Instagram | YouTube) shared excerpts from his November 3, 2024, Worldwide Devotional for Young Adults, Things as They Really Are 2.0. He cautioned: "Because AI is cloaked in the credibility and promises of scientific progress, we might naively be seduced into surrendering our precious moral agency to a technology that can only think telestial. … I wonder how many sacrament meeting messages and Sunday School, priesthood, and Relief Society lessons next Sunday will have been generated from AI. A simple command spoken into your digital device, wait a few seconds or minutes, and you have what you need. But do you really have what you need? Now, I believe AI appropriately can assist in gathering information, critiquing our thinking, evaluating our writing style, and accelerating an iterative process of learning 'line upon line [and] precept upon precept.' But the divine capacities to create and work belong uniquely to each of us as sons and daughters of God. We undoubtedly can generate and produce fabulous content for a sacrament meeting talk with AI. But the objective is not merely producing or presenting impressive content; rather, it is working and becoming what God intends and yearns for us to become." Check out the full devotional to learn how Elder Bednar utilizes AI… and how he doesn't.
At a January 27, 2026, devotional and the Provo Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah, Elder Ronald A. Rasband DEBUNKED six false narratives. Check out our podcast episode focused on Elder Quentin L. Cook's October 2025 General Conference address with Josiah Boornazian (Amazon Music | Apple Podcasts | Spotify | YouTube) for living proof that several of these narratives are false.
False narrative 1: "The rising generation has less faith in Jesus Christ than previous generations."
False narrative 2: "The Church is declining as interest in organized religion decreases."
False narrative 3: "Baptisms are increasing in some regions of the world but not in others."
False narrative 4: "New converts are not being retained."
False narrative 5: "More missionaries come home early than ever before."
False narrative 6: "Missionaries are not good enough and can’t measure up."

Reach out and we'll see whether it's a good fit. Clay and Mitch are volunteers dedicated to creating free, faith-building content. It's a labor of love that we treat like a missionary calling, but expenses add up and the time commitment is VERY high. We've got BIG ideas for increasing our reach, improving video quality, and creating useful products for busy Latter-day Saints.
If you, someone you know, or an organization you're aware of are interested in supporting GCA and helping us grow, please email us. We'd love to talk!
